ABOUT ME

My late mother learned how to make futons (traditional Japanese bedding) when we lived in Hawaii, while my father served in the Army.  She made each one with love as gifts for other families and friends.

I combined my quilting tops with the futon method she taught me and created GeeMa’s Blankets. Each futon is made with 100% cotton fabric, ¾” of bonded polyester batting, and three 10 character embroider lines that you can customize how you like.

These are great gifts for expecting parents, birthdays, anniversaries, and graduations.
